Littering / Magkalat

Is there a need for littering? Yep, sometimes we are lazy and others do the same and there are no waste bins… No good excuses.

On our planet we are blessed with the most breathtaking. Our Mightiest have not hesitated to endow us with the most fascinating, the most alluring, the most incredible. Shouldn’t we care for it? Littering is the opposite. Of course, it is also the big companies’ responsibility to achieve healthy profits selling eco-friendly products and packaging. But to leave it all to them is too myopic. We ALL have to contribute. Our environment and the Big Blue out there do not deserve to be treated as a dumping site.

We treasure that the local government collects garbage nowadays weekly. At the same time we try to ‘consume’ as little plastic as possible. Why not shopping with your own basket, why not reusing plastic bags, why not spending a bit more for quality products with a longer life span?

We and our children are not tired to clean up our beautiful bay again and again. Please help us keep our paradise as breathtaking as a pristine, healthy coral reef.
